Why is my Profile rejected?

You used invalid information e.g., Name, Date of birth, Proof of ID, Social Media Channels during Profile Completion due to which your Profile Profile has been rejected by Walee Customer Support Team. To complete your Profile, update your details with valid information.

Why id my Profile still pending?

Your Profile is Pending because Walee Support Team is reviewing your Profile. If your Profile status does not update within three working days, contact to Walee Support Team at support@walee.pk

Why do I need to upload a Proof of ID?

We need to validate your identity to help keep your account safe and it is a requirement to setup your bank or vendor payment account where you will receive your earnings.

Why do I have to share my Bank details?

Without a bank account, you can still sign up to Walee. When you are ready to transfer your Pocket Pocket Balance, you need a bank account where we can transfer your earnings - we support more than 30 banks and payment vendor options.

What’s Profile Completion?

You can Create Campaign on Walee only if your Profile is Completed. You need to complete the 2 step Verification Process from the Profile screen to complete your Profile.

What’s Profile Rejection?

Rejected Profile means that you used invalid information e.g. Name, Date of birth, Proof of ID, Social Media Channels during Profile Completion due to which your Profile Profile has been rejected by Walee Customer Support Team.

How long does it take to validate my Walee Profile?

Our team will review your details and it should take up to one working day.

How do I update my Proof of ID?

  1. To update your Proof of ID, go to Profile screen by clicking Profile Profile icon from footer navigation bar

  2. Click on pi button in the Profile setting section

  3. From your Personal Information screen, you can update your Proof of ID

  4. After updating, click on update button to save your changes

On my profile screen I can see Pending. What’s it?

Pending means that you have completed your Profile with all the mandatory information and is pending at Walee’s Customer Service Team to approve.
